Can I return a Reenoor product after I purchase?

How much will it cost to ship my Reenoor product to an international location?

Shipping cost for any order shipping internationally will be determined by the total weight of the items you are purchasing. We will provide you with your shipping cost at checkout. Please note that heavier/bulkier items are more expensive to ship.

Will I be charged any duties or taxes for international shipments?

For International orders, packages typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of shipping date, depending on Customs handling. Enjoy an everyday flat shipping rate of $12.99 on your international order. Taxes & Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Which carrier is used to ship my product?

We will use a wide variety of carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS...) to fulfill orders within the USA and internationally. You will get the carriers and tracking information when your products are shipped.

Will my items arrive together in one package?

In most cases, yes, you will receive all of your items together in one package. However, in instances where an item is backordered or awaiting stock, we will ship items as they are available in partial shipments. Additionally, in cases of a manufacturer/vendor sending product directly, you may receive separate parcels for one order. These processes are in place so that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

In what currency will my purchase be charged?

We process all payments in US Dollars. Throughout the Checkout process we will display your order total in US Dollars.

How will I be informed of my order status?

You will receive an email when your order is placed and another email when your order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our site.

Sometimes images on website are different from product received, why?

All images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement or supplier change. Sometimes, due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.
